How to Enter Group Chat
(Remember that when you're in Group Chat, the Messenger window must be open or minimized.)
After signing into gay.com, there
are two ways to open Group Chat:
Click the "Chat Rooms" link at the top of your screen
or
Go straight to entering a room through the My Rooms tab in Messenger.
Once Group Chat opens, click the Find a Room tab to browse rooms. Rooms are limited to a hundred members so when a room is full, an overflow room will be created.
When you find a room you want to enter, simply double click on the room name or click Enter Next Available Room.
Once you've entered a room, type in the text field and hit Enter to get involved in the conversation.
You can leave Group Chat at any time. Just click Exit and you will return to the Find a Room screen.
